durrow was formed in 1994 as a vehicle to project manage the first purpose built Ambulatory Care and Diagnostic Centre in England at the Central Middlesex Hospital.
This foundation project embodied most of the basic principles that have shaped our work ever since - the concept planning was futuristic, the focus was on the basic organisation of clinical practice and there was dynamic engagement with the clinical community: the project was driven through on budget to a successful completion.
The company has thrived from that point onwards: our client list is an international mix of private and public sector players - but always in healthcare which is our sole area of work. Although we are small company, our people bring a wealth of experience and judgement beyond the capacity of other much larger organisations - we have all worked in the NHS at board level (most of us for more than 20 years).
